1. This refrigerated truck adopts a steel-wood structure and thermal break insulation technology, with a galvanized steel pipe framework. The interior and exterior surfaces are made of high-quality FRP (non-light-absorbent, excellent thermal insulation, high rigidity and anti-oxidation). The core insulation layer is 8 cm thick XPS extruded polystyrene board.

The panels are hot-pressed under positive pressure with high-strength adhesives by an automatic gluing and pressing machine, which completes gluing and pressing in one continuous process. It ensures even glue application, prevents blistering.

2. The floor is constructed with patterned plastic-steel plates. The inner side walls are fitted with 15 cm-high kick plates. Internal corners feature full edge wrapping, and drain holes are installed at the front end. The door frame is bright-finish stainless steel, fitted with labyrinth-style rubber weatherstripping.

3. Body accessories: heavy-duty aluminum edge trim around the box perimeter, stainless steel corner protectors, stainless steel door locks, latches and hinges, as well as energy-saving LED interior lights.

Usage: Goods that are sensitive to temperature, such as chocolate and wine.

Feature: Primarily aimed at maintaining a stable temperature, with relatively low cooling requirements.
